Flats Over® is a premium run flat insert that provides the highest performance in its class for private, commercial and tactical vehicles. This product is a wheel protection device that can be easily tightened to the inner wheel’s circumference in order to provide optimum conditions of maneuverability and traction in instances where a tire can get deflated – intentionally or not. Run flats can be visualized as a “mini solid spare tire” that is installed in each wheel and ready to use when encountering any problem dealing with tire pressure and structure.

We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders within the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days before shipping. All shipments are sent via ground shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges may be considered at our discretion for customers who ordered the wrong size of FlatsOver. All exchange requests must be made via email, and approval is required before returning any item.

For orders shipped via UPS, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A 5% restocking fee applies unless exchanging for another size.

Obtainable for a wide array of vehicles including SUV’s, sedan’s, light cargo vehicles,and police or military. Can suit the needs of tires measuring from 16” to 24.5”.
The weight of each unit can range from 12 to 20 Lb., according to wheel size.
Provides extended mobility when facing any tire problem including: Valve failure, horizontal or vertical perforations, explosion, partial or total loss of the tire’s tread and sidewalls.
