This product is derived from high tech materials manufactured in Colombia. A panel made with DuPont™ Kevlar© technology is a highly monitored product, from the moment the material is brought to the factory, to the final creation of the product for the customer. International laboratory certificates of quality ensure our customers of the traceability of the product. Disclaimer. Shipping

We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders within the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days before shipping. All shipments are sent via ground shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges may be considered at our discretion for customers who ordered the wrong size of FlatsOver. All exchange requests must be made via email, and approval is required before returning any item.

For orders shipped via UPS, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A 5% restocking fee applies unless exchanging for another size.
