We do not offer refunds. Exchanges may be considered at our discretion for customers who ordered the wrong size of FlatsOver. All exchange requests must be made via email, and approval is required before returning any item.

For orders shipped via UPS, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A 5% restocking fee applies unless exchanging for another size.
