Absolutely, we've successfully sold and installed over 4,000 inserts in the past three years, with an average balance counterweight of less than 3.5 ounces. Balancing may vary depending on tire age, wear, and wheel conditions.
With FlatsOver High Performance installed in your vehicle, in the event of a flat tire, the wheel will smoothly transition to FlatsOver, resulting in a change in driving feel. However, you'll still maintain control of the vehicle for curves, acceleration, and braking up to 50 miles at 50 mph.
Shipping is free of charge for buyers. We offer nationwide shipping within the continental USA and Canada. Please note that return shipping costs for unused and original FlatsOver inserts are not included, if applicable.
Yes, you can uninstall and reinstall the FlatsOver system when replacing tires with new ones, provided that the FlatsOver was not used during a flat tire event.
FlatsOver High Performance is designed to fit the majority of civilian vehicles with factory wheels ranging from 16" to 24" in diameter. However, please consider tire clearance. Very low-profile tires are not compatible with FlatsOver. For instance, a tire with dimensions 255/55R20 has a suitable clearance of 140 mm, while a tire with dimensions 255/35R18 has an insufficient clearance of 90 mm.
