US Vehicle Security Group offers run flat inserts, ballistic laminate, ballistic glass, and related vehicle protection products. Orders and Payments
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer free standard ground shipping on all FlatsOver orders within the continental United States, Mexico, and Canada. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days before shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges may be considered at our discretion for customers who ordered the wrong size of FlatsOver. All exchange requests must be made via email, and approval is required before returning any item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A 5% restocking fee applies unless exchanging for another size. Products that have been used or installed during a flat tire event are not eligible for exchange.
