Flatsover Security Run-Flat Insert
The Flatsover® Security insert is built for the moment a tire is lost under pressure — an ambush, a road hazard, or a deliberate deflation during a protective detail. It keeps the vehicle controllable and moving so the occupants can leave the threat behind. Engineered specifically for pickups and high-profile tires over 18", it suits law-enforcement units, security details and tactical operators who run larger wheels and need dependable extended mobility rather than a fixed certification class. Once a tire deflates, the insert acts as a solid internal support ring: unlimited distance at 40 PSI, up to 31 miles at 0 PSI, 50 mph certified with a tire down, and up to 112 mph at 40 PSI, supporting vehicles up to 14,330 lb. A 360° double stainless-steel cable circuit with a twin microfusion ratchet lock holds it firmly to the wheel. Fitted as a single 18" unit and made in Brazil from automotive flexible elastomer for consistent behavior under stress.
Flatsover High Performance Run-Flat Insert
The Flatsover® High Performance insert is the everyday-protection choice for armored sedans and SUVs — the system that gives a driver a full 50 miles at 50 mph on a fully deflated tire, enough to clear a city and reach safety. It carries the strongest independent validation in the range: Millbrook (VSAG12) and Finabel certified, and patented. Its standout is certified 0-PSI endurance combined with the widest fitment we offer — nine wheel sizes from 16" to 24" — so it adapts to most civilian armored builds. Performance: 50 miles certified at 0 PSI, up to 112 mph maximum, unlimited distance at 40 PSI, and 4,800 lb of support per wheel. A two-steel-microfusion-ratchet system mounts on a 360° integrated cable circuit torqued to 35 lbf·ft, and it ships with a 2-year limited warranty. Made in Brazil from the same high-grade natural and synthetic rubber used in high-performance tires.
Flatsover Heavy Duty Run-Flat Insert
The Flatsover® Heavy Duty insert is engineered for weight — armored trucks, full-size SUVs, cash-in-transit vehicles and military convoy platforms that other run-flats simply can't carry through a tire loss. It targets the large-diameter end of the range: wheels from 19.5" to 24.5", including dedicated aluminum 22.5" HD variants (Small, Medium and Large) for commercial truck rims. Built around a heavier 12–20 lb unit, it is sized for sustained load rather than top speed. Certified performance under a deflated tire: 31 mph and 31 miles certified at 0 PSI, supporting up to 14,330 lb per vehicle — Millbrook (VSAG12) and Finabel certified, and patented. A double mechanical ratchet with a 360° stainless-steel cable circuit and microfusion ratchets keeps the ring locked under heavy continuous stress. Made in Brazil from automotive flexible elastomer, with a 2-year limited warranty. Pricing varies by wheel size (19.5"/20" and 22.5"). Run flats can be visualized as a "mini solid spare tire" that is installed in each wheel and ready to use when encountering any problem dealing with tire pressure and structure.
Heracron Ballistic Laminate
Heracron® is a para-aramid fiber manufactured by Kolon Industries in South Korea. It offers tensile strength 6 times higher than steel, excellent thermal stability (570°C decomposition temperature), and is self-extinguishing (LOI 29+). Our multilayer ballistic laminate sheets come in 9-layer and 11-layer configurations (3.0 x 1.5 m), meeting NIJ II and NIJ IIIA protection standards respectively. The material provides an outstanding performance-to-weight ratio for premium vehicle armoring applications. Flatsover Instructions
Simple installation process with standard tools.
Detach the Tire from the Wheel
Deflate and detach the tire from the rim by lifting the tire up.
Place the Insert
Position the Flatsover insert inside the tire, centering it on the wheel rim.
Secure with Ratchets
Use the dual ratchet locking mechanisms to secure the insert in place with the stainless steel cable.
Remount & Balance
Remount the tire on the vehicle and balance as normal. The insert will not affect alignment.
